Mr. Shearer is an Associate Principal and Project Manager at Peninsula Engineering, Inc. His work experience includes over 15 years in diverse projects from tenant improvement work, emergency generator systems for critical data centers, restaurants and healthcare facilities. He has also been involved in several high-end retail projects and high-density call centers. He became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2008.

Mr. Shearer serves such notable clients as Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Trammell Crow Company, Grubb & Ellis, Tower Realty, Lincoln Properties, Gaedeke Landers and Flagler Development. Mr. Shearer routinely works in conjunction with such notable Architectural and Interior Design firms as The J. Nichols Group, Clifford Sargent Cagle, VOA, Baker Barrios Architects, HKS Architects, ASD Interiors Architects and Graphics, GDA Architects and Gensler Architecture. He typically directs in excess of 800,000 sq. ft. of tenant space annually.
