Whether you prefer your plans as PDFs, AutoCAD drawings, or even a Revit model we can custom tailor the information to your exact needs.
Assessment Services
Planning for the future? We’re here to help. At PEI we have abundant experience in providing building assessments for existing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Medical Gas infrastructure. We provide narratives that outline the existing condition of building equipment. We can also complete due diligence reports for tenant leasing/building purchases and make recommendations for any of your renovation, replacement, or expansion needs.
