We value long-lasting relationships with many of our clients. We’ve been working with numerous Central Florida clients for well over 30 years. This includes The Hotels, Resorts, and Lodging sector, Entertainment/Theme Park Industry, Healthcare Organizations, Contractors, and Architects. In fact, we still work with our very first client from over 40 years ago: McCree General Contractors and Architects. Most of our projects come from previous clients and referrals, so rest assured that we will work hard to build a strong relationship with you.
Your Interests First
We love to work directly with owners, in many instances, serving as lead design professional. Strong relationships allow us to listen carefully to your needs and provide value driven technical advice. In fact, only 30% of our business is directly for architecture firms. The balance is directly from owners, asset managers or design build contractors. Our practical solutions are designed uniquely for each client. We’ll make sure you don’t build a power plant when all you need is a 9 volt battery.
Community
With our strong commitment to relationships, it’s easy to understand that we value our social responsibility to the community. We maintain a strong commitment to many professional organizations providing leadership roles in ASHRAE, ASPE, FHEA, etc. We’ve been privileged enough to provide pro bono services for projects like the Ronald McDonald House, Give Kids the World, CITE, Coalition for the Homeless, among others.
