What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing electrical plans and supporting project execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing electrical power plans, including power distribution, fire alarm, low voltage, A/V, and lighting systems.

  • Creating construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Developing strong relationships with clients, including owners and architects.

  • Conducting site surveys and construction administration tasks.

  • Preparing one-line diagrams and estimating electrical service sizes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Electrical Designer with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

  • Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code, NFPA, and other relevant codes

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

  • BIM360 experience (preferred)

  • Ability to manage diverse projects effectively

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university (required)

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including internships
